A creative communications practitioner with industry experience amassed over 20 years, Richard is a multi-channel expert who believes in the power of storytelling. He co-founded PR and experiential agency Spark Impact, going on to join one of the top global media and communications agency networks where he spent a decade creating memorable and meaningful experiences that connected brands with consumers.
NATIONAL GENERAL MANAGER
A journalist for almost 10 years at outlets including mX, NovaFM and Leader, Roxanne has a deep understanding of the media industry and an innate ability to spot a news angle. With extensive experience crafting campaigns for major property and business brands including Mirvac, Cbus Property and Investa, Roxanne oversees the operations of the Melbourne office.

With extensive experience leading social media for a range of global brands, Shirley oversees our NSW consumer business and social media capabilities. Formerly the Social Director at One Green Bean and Ogilvy, Shirley has also headed up the Coca-Cola South Pacific Social Centre, delivering social media excellence and original creative for the iconic brand. She is high energy strategic thinker with a strong creative streak who loves a great problem to solve.
MANAGING DIRECTOR, QUEENSLAND
Jeremy has more than 30 years of corporate communications experience for clients in diverse fields including property, finance, public health, law, engineering, tourism and government. He was owner and managing director of the Gold Coast’s leading public relations agency, Promedia, and has served as an Industry Review Committee member for Bond University’s Bachelor of Communications degree program. Prior to entering public relations Jeremy held a variety of positions at major Australian newspapers as a senior writer, columnist and assistant chief of staff. He has a particular focus on large-scale property and infrastructure, having directed strategic communications and engagement programs for numerous $1 billion+ masterplanned developments in Queensland, NSW, Victoria and Japan.
NEW ZEALAND GENERAL MANAGER
Joanna heads Amplify New Zealand, Bastion Shine’s integrated communications team, specialising in communications strategy, PR, media relations, influencer marketing, content and social media. A results-driven senior consultant, Jo ensures business and PR strategies are closely aligned and executed through creative tactical implementation. Jo has delivered award-winning integrated campaigns for some of Aotearoa’s most loved brands, as well as guiding organisations facing complex reputation challenges. She has extensive agency-leadership experience in corporate and consumer communications across the technology, financial, travel, education, health and energy sectors.

Nicola has been instrumental in the development of the social media industry in Australia since 2009, holding the hands of many clients like Coca-Cola, Diageo, NRMA, Kelloggs, Samsung, MasterCard, GPT, Coles, I Quit Sugar, TEDx & endota spa on their social media journeys. Nicola created one of Australia’s first social media teams for Leo Burnett Sydney in 2011 and was MD of SOCiETY, IPG Mediabrands’ social media specialist agency. During her tenure there the team grew from 5 to 30+ with clients across four states and were Australia’s highest spending agency on Facebook. Passionate about purpose-based social content that has been designed and created for humans, she loves to help brands grow through creative solutions on new and evolving technology.

Natalie brings together a perfect storm of creativity, strategy and client delivery. With over 15 years of experience spanning both communications and creative production, she has worked on some of Australia’s biggest brands delivering award-winning integrated campaigns. Nat has overseen communications campaigns for clients including Blundstone, where she masterminded a highly successful contra influencer program for the brand. She has experience working across travel, tourism, consumer lifestyle, property, insurance, health and much more.

Camille is an experienced PR professional who has been working across the B2B, technology and corporate space for more than 10 years with clients including Telstra, Flybuys, IBM and Canon. Highly organised, Camille is an exceptional strategic client manager and clear communicator who maintains a firm line of sight on what success looks like; managing stakeholders, partners and her team to drive results.
SENIOR SOCIAL STRATEGIST
Brogan has worked in the world of social media and content for over six years, leading social strategies for the likes of PlayStation, Petbarn, Hydralyte and Lendlease. Brogan’s approach to social is all about looking into why brands want to be there and what exactly is it their customers want from them. For Brogan, it’s about cutting through the noise to offer online audiences an experience they truly want to engage with.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Tanya has worked in the media and communications industry for more than 20 years. Beginning her career as a journalist with News Limited, she honed her news sense before moving into communications, heading campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including leading ASX-listed companies and private organisations spanning property and development, education and health. Tanya is based in our Queensland office.
Missy is a storyteller and content specialist who’s been slinging social assets since before it was coined social media. She has worked across the Australian media landscape, dabbling in print, broadcast, and digital, and has been lucky enough to create and curate content for some of the country’s biggest brands—and trashiest reality TV shows. With a Master of Writing, Editing and Publishing, Missy is a guru when it comes to tell stories in social.
Georgia Comensoli previously worked as a journalist and Chief of Staff in the Channel 7 Newsroom based in Melbourne, filing for multiple national bulletins including Sunrise, Morning News, 4pm News, 6pm News and The Latest. Comensoli also has experience in the 3AW Newsroom and regional television including WIN News. Alongside her eight years as a journalist, she has experience in content and brand creation freelancing for global firm Goldeneye Media as well as six years Crisis Management experience with Melbourne firm Crisis Shield.
